Majority is out-patient, but must be willing to do in-patient or rehab if necessary as part of successful therapy team. Hours 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m., plus one Saturday every two months (approx. 6 hr). Position is exempt, but eligible for OT. Central TN, urban location recently ranked among top 10 most affordable U.S. cities and is surrounded by scenic state parks. Salary range $54,080 to $75,232 DOE & certifications. Sign-on bonus of $4,000 & up to $5,000 relocation package offered by employer with candidate's two-year contract commitment.
