Our goal is to help alleviate the nursing shortage by providing a high
quality, cost effective direct placement service. There are no long-term
buyout contracts required. The Nurse Company charges one-half
of the typical placement fees being charged by other organizations. MyNurseBoard's
content is limited only to content that directly supports successful recruitment
and placement.
How do nurses apply for a job you post for my
facility?
Nurses can apply directly to The Nurse Company through MyNurseboard.
We will review and qualify applications before submitting for placement
opportunities. We establish dialogue with all of our nurses so we know
what they want and need.
When The Nurse Company is working on my
needs how can I check the status of the search?
Our team of Specialists is available for updates and will continue to
update our clients regularly on our progress. Once we have several qualified
nurses we will notify our clients and submit a profile with documents
supporting education, experience, skill level, license and certifications
with our credentialing package. Clients can go to the About Us page on
our website and directly email a Specialist
at anytime with questions or additional needs.
